1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reddy Book (also referred to as "Reddybook", "Reddy Anna Book", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using our platform, mobile application, website, or any services provided by Reddy Book (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any modification indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account ("Reddy Book ID"). During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel bets/wagers in our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Financial transactions on Reddy Book are governed by the following terms:

1. Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₹500. Deposits are processed instantly through various payment methods including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfers.
2. Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₹1000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST).
3. Verification: For withdrawals exceeding ₹50,000, additional verification may be required including PAN card and address proof.
4. Transaction Fees: We do not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge applicable fees.
5. Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically 35x) before they can be withdrawn. See specific bonus terms for details.

We reserve the right to conduct security checks on any transaction and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Reddy Book offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing customers. These offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per household, IP address, or device
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (usually 35x) before withdrawal
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time
• Bonus abuse (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or collusion) will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure

6. Responsible Gambling

Reddy Book is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide several tools to help you gamble responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Time Alerts: Set reminders to track your playing time
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from our Services
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about your playing session
• Account Closure: You can request permanent closure of your account

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons on the Reddy Book platform are proprietary to Reddy Book or its licensors. Nothing contained on the platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our content in any way without our express written consent. This includes but is not limited to:

• Our website design, layout, and look
• Our software, including source code and object code
• Our graphics, logos, and images
• Our text content and documentation
• Our game rules and betting systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddy Book shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
2. Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
3. Damages related to unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
4. Statements or conduct of any third party on our platform
5. Any other matter relating to our Services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount of ₹10,000 or the total amount of deposits made by you in the last 30 days, whichever is lower.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity
• Money laundering or terrorist financing concerns
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• If we are required to do so by law
• If you are located in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting our customer support. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled through negotiations in good faith. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our Services.
